Marketing properties for lease
Process rental applications, agreements, and contracts
Inventory and digitally photogragh all properties before and after contract/tenure.
Detail owner's statements of income and expenses
Copy all agreements and contracts to owner
Make copies of property owner's association rules and regulations available to tenant, and ensure that they are followed
Schedule maintanence and repairs on a 24 hour basis
Coordinate any legal action is necessary for collection of late rents or eviction
Work with the property owner on a check List to prepare the property for rental
